Buying a Site - Vastu Do's and Dont's

Do’s

Orient to cardinal directions north, east, south and west.

Select Rectangular and square sites

Create Fertile soil with flora and fauna

Have elevations of natural land or existing buildings towards south and west

Select the site to the north, east and northeast of your existing habitation

Select orientation based on Compatibility to your astrological sign of as many members of your family as possible.


Avoid

Irregularly shaped and stretched out sites

Sites at the junction of several roads

Sites In the proximity of religious places, factories and burial grounds

Sites that are depressed or elevated in the center

Natural growth on southwest, southeast and/or northwest

Sites Between two bigger sites

Roads barging into the site as spears
